Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. Any activity performed through your account is considered your responsibility. Sharing accounts, abusing free tiers, or bypassing security restrictions is prohibited.
Prohibited Usage
You may not use Banner.codes for unlawful activities, phishing, malware distribution, spam campaigns, copyright infringement, abusive automation, denial-of-service attacks, or content that violates applicable regulations.
Billing & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected billing interval. Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically. Failed payments may result in service suspension or account restrictions.
Limitation of Liability
Banner.codes is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or service downtime resulting from use of the platform.
Additional Terms
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, excessive automated traffic, or activities that threaten platform stability or security.
Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, APIs, and infrastructure remain the property of Banner.codes unless otherwise stated.
