Banner.codes provides a code generation and API management platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Banner.codes cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

5. Fees and Payments

Some features of the Service require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated. We use third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) and do not store your full payment credentials. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Banner.codes reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Banner.codes be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
